1/ Reception - Shipping - Delivery Products are sold where the buyer collects them. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for the shipping whatever means of transport is used. Mr Pinatel cannot be held responsible for any damage which may occur after the goods have left the point of sale and the buyer may only sue the haulier. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the haulier is insured. Should the goods be missing or damaged, the person receiving the goods must send a recorded letter to the haulier within 48 hours. 2/ Prices and Payment - Unless differently specified, all goods must be paid before delivery. - We offer three payment methods : > Credit card (for online payments) > cheque or letter of credit - The goods will be shipped : > Upon reception of the order for credit card payments during working days > Upon clearance of a cheque or letter of credit (working days only) Payment should be made to CHATEAU DE MILLE and sent to the following address : CHATEAU DE MILLE 84400 APT - France The price is set once the order has been placed. The buyer may incur a surcharge should the goods be delivered three months or more after the agreed date and if the delay is caused by the buyer. There may also be a price increase in case of technical or tax modifications set by the Government. No discounts will be granted for early payments, unless agreed with the seller beforehand. The buyer will be responsible for all costs. 3/ Packaging Mille's Castle offers the possibility to customise your order, however the following applies in order to facilitate shipping conditions : - The order must contain a minimum of twelve 75cl bottles, - Any extra cardboxes must contain six 75cl bottles. - A 1.5L magnum equals two 75cl bottles. Please take the above criteria into account when placing your order. 4/ Large order discounts All buyers are entitled to a discount depending on the number of bottles purchased. Discounts apply as described below :
5/ Shipping Costs > National delivery (France) : Free shipping costs. > For Germany, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Denmark : 30 Euros > For all other destinations, individual quotes will be given as long as a valid address and country have been provided. Payment can then be made by Credit card. 6/ Ownership Goods remain property of the seller until the full amount has been received. Any failure to pay may result in the order being cancelled. The buyer must be insured for the protection of the goods until full payment is received. The buyer, upon acceptance of the goods becomes the owner and therefore acknowledges the quality of the product. No claims will then be accepted, unless written at the seller's site upon collection of the goods. |
