Excellent vintage with beautiful body: Old carrignan (20%), syrha (40%) and Grenache


Soil :
Thin ground (rocky and limestony), low output (35h°/ha). Old vine


Tasting :
Between 16-18 degrees depending on season. Open at least 30 minutes before tasting


Wine and food :
First bottles slightly affected by the dryness. However storage in oak tanks has considerably improved the quality.
Drink with Coq au vin, duck or thyme lamb



Quotes and Awards :
Wine Waiter's comments: Elegant sparkling body. Complex nose favouring ripe red fruits. Ample and unctuous mouth with a slight spicy taste. Gold medal at the Concours du Luberon (Lauris)
