In a beautiful sandstone house in Coustellet, the museum offers a fascinating exploration of lavender, the emblem of Provence: its varietals, distillery process and medicinal properties. There are guided and self-guided tours. The pretty shop is full of gifts which will help take some of Provence back in your luggage.
